Attorney admitted to the Paris Bar
- Masters in business law
- DEA advanced studies degree in the law of creative works
As a member of the first Internet Generation, I have always been fascinated by computers, new technology and the speed at which this sector evolves. That my career as a lawyer would in some way involve technology was non-negotiable. Regardless of whether I am acting as an advisor or as a litigator, my first duty is to understand and appreciate the underlying technology in order to identify the legal issues before selecting the appropriate legal approach. Each assignment brings a new set of challenges. No area of the law is more innovative; it is constantly developing and at times the law lags behind the technology, requiring us to come up with innovative solutions by combining a detailed legal analysis with a good dollop of common sense. My aim is to ride the digital wave alongside my clients, advising them and actively contributing to the success of their most complex projects.
